Don’t Break the Law

Any behavior or content in Sexcellent that violates local, state, or federal law will be referred to the relevant authorities and are grounds for immediate suspension and/or banning. 

Account Suspension and Being Banned

We do our best to make this community safe and welcoming and encouraging for everyone. If someone is violating any of the guidelines outlined here, or the spirit of these values, then their account may be suspended and/or banned, temporarily or permanently, and their content may be removed.

Creating multiple accounts in an attempt to avoid a suspension or ban is prohibited.

In ambiguous situations, we will use our best judgement to apply these guidelines, but ultimately all decisions are up to community mods and Sexcellent admins.

If you think your case has been handled unfairly, we are working on creating a transparent appeals process.

We want this to be the best place for you, and inevitably we don’t have it 100% right the first time. So these guidelines will grow and evolve just as you and your space does over time. 

Perhaps most importantly, this is your community, so if something is missing or wrong here, then let us know how things can be better. You know best what you want and need from Sexcellent.
